Refund policy

Unfortunately there are NO returns accepted due to the nature of the product. If you have an issue with your file please send an email to sugarplumbcreations@hotmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you. 

Once you have downloaded your file, YOU are responsible for the file. If you need the file to be re-sent there will be an additional charge for this. 

On the very rare occasion - IF there is an error on your file, please email me ASAP to discuss. 

If you would like to modify your file and make it more unique to you with a colour way change, please email me. There is an additional charge for this service.
