All designs are owned by Sugar Plumb Creations.

By purchasing a Sugar Plumb Creations design you are automatically agreeing to the T&C's.

Please make sure you read them in full. 

I do not use AI and I do not allow my work to be put through AI generators.

•You must only purchase design/s to print fabric or print to make clothes. 

•You may buy my designs to create items such as notebook covers, mugs, keyrings, t-shirts subs & accessories.

•YOU MUST NOT upload my designs to 'print on demand' websites. Any person/business caught doing so will be banned from purchasing from my store and legal action may be taken. This includes websites such as Red bubble, Amazon ETC. This is because a lot of these websites steal designs and re sell them. It harms my business and will affect your exclusivity.

🚫You have 48 hours after purchasing your design to check the file. If you are unhappy with your file because of a "human error" please email within the 48 hours and I will try to resolve the issue. 

🚫Once you have purchased your file YOU are responsible for your file.

🚫If you lose or delete the file and need the file to be re-sent, there will be a charge for this. This will only be possible if you contact me within 6 months of buying the file, as older files get archived for storage and will no longer be avalible to download, so it is imperative that you save your file and keep it safe after purchasing. 👈🏻

•YOU ARE NOT to re-sell or share the file.

•Once you have purchased you are allowed to print fabric to sell or buy fabric to make. 

🚫YOU ARE NOT to change, adapt or add to the file in anyway. This means you cant "Add your own spin" on my design. My work speaks for itself and when you purchase my work you are agreeing not to change it in anyway. 

🚫If you purchase a sub to create a t-shirt or an accessory of this nature YOU MUST NOT use it to create your own design. They are not for re-sale. 

I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS, due to the nature of the product I can’t refund you. If there’s an issue I can alter your file or we can come to an agreement in which a replacement file will be sent. This is only if there is an issue where the file can not be printed due to human error, for example the file has a glitch I’ve not seen before upload. You will not get a replacement because you don’t like the colour way you’ve picked.

•Background changes via the website are only possible if you purchase your chosen design with “design to customise”, there will be a limit of these per design but it will allow you to pay for the design and the background change. Then you must send me an email with your custom background colour. This cannot be the same as anyone else’s choice or similar to any others on sale. This will not affect background changes on instagram drops.

You are advised when purchasing designs to get a sample printed before printing large amounts. 

•Designs purchased by a representative for a maker/business. An agreement should be made between the shop and the rep before purchasing a design. If the rep is purchasing the design on behalf of the shop it should be stated at the time of purchase and the email address of the business should be selected to send the file to. At this point it is the understanding that the file now belongs to the Shop/business and has been gifted by the rep.
